Kingston KTA-MB800/2GR Review: Kingston Apple 2GB 800MHz DDR2 SODIMM iMac and Macbook Memory (KTA-MB800/2GR). The back of the KTA-MB800K2/4GR package states that this memory is "Intended for use with Apple systems requiring 800MHz, 667MHz, or 533 MHz DDR2 memory modules. THIS IS INCORRECT!!!I have an iMac with a 2.4 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo Processor. It has the original memory, 2 GB 667 MHz DDR2 SDRAM. I wanted to upgrade to 4 GB and purchased the slightly faster Kingston KTA-MB800K2/4GR memory. It DID NOT WORK!!!
