Also very good reviews re: buying watches on Amazon.com. However, since Amazon.com is not an authorized dealer for Victorinox, manufacturer's warranty is void, so Amazon provides their own--but only a 2-yr. (vs. 3-yr manufacturer's).Anyway, had to exchange first one received for relacement due to "stuck" chronograph function. Amazon was very responsive regarding this replacement, sending another within a few days.
